Job summary

DenizBank is expanding its Data Science team. We’re seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and validate statistical and ML models, and to lead ML/LLM initiatives that guide banking decisions.

You’ll collaborate across the bank to deliver data-driven insights and robust models in a dynamic environment. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of experience, strong Python/SQL skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or quantitative discipline is required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in data science.
• Hands-on experience developing and validating statistical and ML models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with data processing libraries.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and monitor end-to-end ML models for marketing and business metrics.
• Develop LLM-powered applications and multi-agent systems to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with teams to translate business challenges into DS projects.
• Define model performance metrics and measure business impact (ROI, etc.).
• Mentor junior Data Scientists and contribute to code reviews and standards.
