Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field (statistics, CS, econometrics, physics).
• At least 5 years in data science and ML, with 3+ years leading teams, ideally in banking/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of AI models across Bulgaria, Romania, and Greece.
• Deliver measurable business value by launching data products.
• Embed models in production with lifecycle management and governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and business units to scale impact.
