Job summary

tbi bank is seeking a Senior Expert in Data Analytics and Reporting to join its Sofia-based team. You will develop and govern all internal and external reports for the Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime division, while building scalable data models and dashboards to support regulatory and management needs.

Ideal candidates have advanced SQL, Power BI mastery, and experience with data governance, analytics, and cross-system reconciliation.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Experience in business analysis and regulatory reporting in a financial or regulated environment.
Experience with data visualization and large, complex datasets.
Advanced SQL capability including joins, window functions, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Develop and govern external and internal reports for CAFC and the Bank.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and KPIs, preferably in Power BI.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and regulatory compliance across outputs.
Own the end-to-end analytical framework for AFC Prevention Lab, including reporting.
