CEPRES is seeking a highly motivated BISpecialist to join our Finance team in Munich or Istanbul. This role will transform complex financial data into actionable insights and drive data-informed decision-making across Finance, Data Operations, Product, and IT.

You will design dashboards in Power BI, optimize Excel-based models, and explore AI tools to enhance data presentation. Collaboration with senior finance leaders is essential for strategic planning and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience as a BI Analyst or Specialist, with strong exposure to financial data and reporting.
• Proven hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Strong experience working with diverse and complex data sources, including Excel (Power Query; Power Pivot a plus).
• Experience with Jira and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Zoho or similar).
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify insights, trends, and anomalies, and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication of analytical findings with executive-level clarity and influence.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, querying, transforming data from relational databases is highly desirable.
• Interest in AI concepts related to data visualization and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports focusing on financial performance, KPIs, and metrics.
• Architect and optimize Excel-based financial models using Power Query/Power Pivot.
• Apply SQL to query and transform data when needed to support BI workflows.
• Visualize and analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with Head of Finance, Controller, and Finance Manager on reporting best practices and forecasting models.
• Provide BI support to Data Operations, Product, and IT, tailoring solutions to data needs.
• Identify new data sources and automate data extraction (e.g., Jira) into Power BI for daily monitoring.
• Lead exploration of AI tools for advanced visualization and predictive analytics.
