Job summary

Allianz in Marmara Bölgesi, Fatih is seeking an experienced data analytics professional to manage offline data, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, and lead online-offline attribution models. You will design measurement architectures for GTM and GA4, and plan solutions across Contentsquare and Insider.

A strong background in Python for data prep and quality control is preferred. The role offers hybrid working, 40 hours per week, with a comprehensive benefits package including yearly bonus,

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to extract and transform data from large data sets.
• Experienced in data modelling and dashboard development with Power BI.
• Strong command of attribution modelling approaches and online-offline data matching logic.
• Experienced in measurement implementation and data layer design on GTM and GA4 (preferred).
• Experienced in solution planning on digital experience and marketing platforms such as Contentsquare and Insider (preferred).
• Able to automate data preparation and quality control processes with tools such as Python (preferred).
• Having knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) development, Data Analytics, Data Intelligence, AI/Data Strategy, and ChatGPT.

Responsibilities

• Own the management of offline data, write the required SQL queries and extract the data sets needed for analysis and reporting.
• Maintain existing Power BI dashboards and build new dashboards end to end.
• Manage online-offline attribution models, build new models when needed and validate model outputs.
• Design the measurement architecture of the platforms where online behavioral data is collected and own data quality end to end.
• Plan measurement solutions on platforms such as GTM, GA4, Contentsquare and Insider, and define event and data layer standards.
• Document measurement and reporting standards and guide stakeholders within the squad on these standards.
