Job summary

Beakwise Inc. in Istanbul HQ is seeking a Senior BI & Data Analyst to transform business questions into robust analytics, data models, and insightful dashboards. You will collaborate with the Head of Data Analytics and BI, leveraging Databricks and Power BI on the Azure stack.

You will build reliable data models, ensure data quality, and justify decisions with clear storytelling for stakeholders, while navigating a hybrid work rhythm three days in the Istanbul office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis with ownership of dashboards, data models, and analytics outputs.
• Power BI: data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design and performance optimization.
• Databricks: SQL, notebooks, transformations, and enterprise data exploration.
• Azure data stack: Databricks on Azure, Data Lake, Synapse or Fabric.
• Strong SQL skills for clean, efficient queries and data modeling basics.
• Define KPIs, metrics, reporting logic, and analytical requirements with stakeholders.
• English required (written and spoken); Turkish client-facing work in Türkiye.
• Hybrid role: 3 days per week at Istanbul office.

Responsibilities

• Turn business questions into analytics that hold up across sources.
• Work with Databricks and Power BI to prepare, model, and visualize data.
• Guard the numbers: investigate data quality issues, discrepancies, and assumptions.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and project managers to deliver client-ready dashboards.
