Job summary

WhiteBIT Group, a leading fintech, seeks a Compliance Specialist in Turkey to monitor MASAK and SPK regulations, prepare STRs, and guide onboarding with regulatory diligence. The role emphasizes risk management, policy maintenance, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced crypto environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in compliance within financial services and a proven record of precise reporting and inter‑departmental coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance, AML/KYC, or related function within a financial institution.
• Completed the Compliance License examination.
• Strong knowledge of MASAK, SPK regulations and applicable financial legislation.
• Hands-on experience in preparing and submitting STRs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor changes in MASAK, SPK and other regulatory authorities and support compliance actions.
• Prepare and submit STRs in accordance with regulations.
• Assist Compliance team with information requests from SPK, MASAK and others.
• Provide guidance to Onboarding and Customer Acceptance teams on regulatory requirements.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of compliance processes.
• Assist in the implementation, maintenance and review of internal compliance policies.
• Contribute to management of compliance risks and regulatory adherence.
