Job summary

WhiteBIT Group in Turkey is seeking an Internal Control Specialist to strengthen the company’s control environment and ensure regulatory compliance across MASAK, SPK, and related standards. You will contribute to policy updates, monitor controls, and support audits in a fast-paced fintech setting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience in finance or crypto sectors, strong analytical and reporting skills, and proficiency in English and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Law/Business/Economics/Finance).
• Experience in finance, banking, fintech, or crypto sectors.
• Knowledge of MASAK regulations and AML/KYC processes.
• Experience in internal control, internal audit, or risk management.
• Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills.
• Detail-oriented with disciplined process tracking.
• Proficient in MS Office and strong English.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and enhance internal control and compliance processes.
• Monitor compliance with MASAK, SPK, and relevant regulations.
• Evaluate KYC, KYB, AML, and EDD processes effectiveness.
• Assess policies and ensure proper execution of controls across the company.
• Perform internal control testing and audit-like reviews.
• Identify weaknesses and provide improvement recommendations.
• Support development of internal policies and procedures.
• Support weekly and monthly reports to the Board of Directors.
• Participate in risk assessment activities and reporting processes.
• Assist in internal and independent audits.
