Job summary

Colin's in Turkey is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandiser to translate seasonal collections into in-store and visual merchandising applications. You will plan merchandise wall layouts, window displays, and mannequin styling from early collection development and ensure alignment with brand standards across stores.

The role requires a bachelor in Fashion/Design and 5+ years in fashion retail, with strong English and collaboration skills. A dynamic team and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Styling, Creative Experience, Fashion Retail, or a similar field.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and retail visual presentation techniques.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop creative ideas and translate them into commercial retail applications.
• Passion for customer experience, fashion, and brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Translate seasonal collections developed by the Design team into effective in-store and visual merchandising applications.
• Plan merchandise wall layouts, window displays, and mannequin styling from the early stages of collection development.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team during campaign and photo shoot processes to ensure collections are adapted to retail needs.
• Create styling, outfit combinations, and product presentations for stores and digital channels.
• Ensure effective coordination between Design, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of styling and visual presentation strategies aligned with the brand identity.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand standards across stores, windows, and mannequin presentations.
