Job summary

Wide and Wise is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our client’s growing retail team. You will maintain the brand's visual identity across stores, support new openings, and ensure seasonal standards are consistently executed to enhance the in-store customer experience.

You will collaborate with store teams, execute window displays, and monitor merchandising quality across domestic and international locations, while traveling as required and contributing to commercial success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Design, Fashion Design, Interior Architecture, or related disciplines.
• 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising within retail.
• Hands-on experience in store visual merchandising, product presentation, and window display implementation.
• Experience supporting new store openings and seasonal visual merchandising projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Creative approach to product placement, styling, and visual storytelling.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• No travel restrictions and willing to travel frequently for store visits.
• Active driver's license and confident driving skills.
• For male candidates, military service must be completed.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and implementation of window displays and in-store visual merchandising concepts for new domestic and international store openings.
• Assist in preparing visual merchandising equipment and opening packages for new stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
• Execute seasonal window display changes and in-store visual updates in line with brand guidelines.
• Implement and monitor product placement, styling, and visual standards across stores, while preparing regular follow-up reports.
• Coordinate closely with store teams to ensure the successful execution of visual merchandising activities.
• Support the implementation of seasonal visual concepts developed by the Brand team.
• Update showroom displays and B2B platform visuals in line with seasonal collections and campaign periods.
• Provide on-site guidance and support to store teams regarding visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Monitor the commercial impact of visual merchandising activities by reviewing sales performance and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of visual merchandising processes while ensuring brand consistency across all retail locations.
