Job description

We are looking for a *Merchandising & Production Assistant* to support our team throughout the product development, production, and shipment processes of our collections, while ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and relevant internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in fit meetings for the women’s, men’s, and accessories collections and follow up with suppliers on the revisions agreed upon after each meeting.
• Monitor sample development and production processes in close coordination with suppliers.
• Follow up on product completion to ensure that agreed timelines, quality standards, and product specifications are met, and that products are delivered to stores on time.
• Support communication and coordination between suppliers and the Quality Control team.
• Assist in the preparation of retail prices for collection items and their entry into the relevant systems.
• Follow up on the production of trims and accessories used in products and coordinate their delivery to the relevant suppliers.
• Provide product information to the Product Data Management team and share barcode data and other required product details with suppliers.
• Monitor shipment and customs clearance processes for products sourced internationally.
• Ensure that production status, product information, delivery timelines, and shipment updates are regularly maintained and communicated to the relevant teams.
