Job summary

Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group in Marmaris is seeking a Cost Control & Main Warehouse Leader to drive our cost control and inventory systems. You will plan activities, supervise teams, and ensure accurate goods receipt, stock movements, and cost calculations using Micros and EMC alongside Dynamics.

You will collaborate with Kitchen and F&B, review purchasing records, monitor waste, and participate in budgeting and reporting to support our luxury resort operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of cost control experience in hospitality, luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and planning skills.
• Experience managing Cost Control and Main Warehouse teams.
• Solid knowledge of Materials Control (MC) and related processes.
• Experience setting up hotel cost and inventory systems with Micros/EMC, and system migrations.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• English proficiency at least intermediate.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities for Cost Control and Main Warehouse teams and supervise processes.
• Ensure accurate goods receiving, warehousing, stock movements and transfers.
• Build hotel cost and inventory system in Dynamics, items and recipes.
• Collaborate with Dynamics, Micros, EMC teams and other group hotels on design.
• Monitor costs, variances, and reflect recipes and yields in cost calculations.
• Coordinate annual inventories and asset counts with relevant departments.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and support budgeting and cost planning.
