Job summary

Aksa Energy is seeking a Contracts Specialist to manage contracts, subcontracts, amendments and variations for renewable energy and international projects. You will coordinate contract approvals and signature processes, and handle claims and bonds to ensure alignment with company procedures.

The role requires a strong background in contract management, FIDIC contracts, and English proficiency, with experience in multinational projects and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of contract management experience in renewable energy, EPC, construction or industrial projects.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and administering contracts and subcontracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in international projects with foreign contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and international contracting practices.
• Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract/document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, review, negotiation and administration of contracts, subcontracts, amendments, variation orders and other contractual documents for the Company’s renewable energy and international projects.
• Coordination and management of contract approval, execution and signature processes in accordance with the Company’s internal procedures.
• Management of claims, variation orders, extension of time requests and contractual correspondence with contractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Management and tracking of all types of guarantees and bonds including Advance Payment Guarantees, Performance Bonds, Retention Bonds and Warranty Bonds.
• Preparation of periodic contractual reports for senior management.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement and standardization of the Company’s contract management processes and templates.
