Aksa BESS, part of Aksa Power Generation, seeks a Financial Affairs Manager to lead all finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and reporting activities at the Tekirdağ Çerkezköy site. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and project profitability for energy storage systems.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance with ERP/SAP experience, strong English, and readiness to oversee audits and cross‑functional collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and treasury management.
• Experience in energy, renewable energy, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Experience with project cost control, profitability analysis, and investment evaluation processes.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or similar financial software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills; proficient English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage all finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes and monitor performance.
• Monitor revenues, costs, profitability, and cash flow for BESS projects.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financing activities.
• Ensure tax compliance, internal controls, and policy adherence; support audits.
• Collaborate with project, procurement, and business teams on financial analysis and decision-making.
• Align with group policies and reporting standards; develop the finance team.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for Financial Affairs Manager for our Aksa BESS company which is located in Tekirdağ, Çerkezköy.

WHAT MUST YOU HAVE (GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS)

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, reporting, and treasury management.
• Experience in the energy, renewable energy, manufacturing, EPC, or project-based industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis.
• Experience with project cost control, profitability analysis, and investment evaluation processes.
• Good knowledge of tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, and internal control systems.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar financial management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international business environment.
• Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.

WHAT WILL YOU DO (JOB DESCRIPTION)

• Manage all finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting activities of the company.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and ensure the accuracy of financialdata.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes and monitor performance against targets.
• Monitor project revenues, costs, profitability, and cash flow to support the successful execution of BESS projects.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and financing activities.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
• Support project, procurement, and business teams with financial analysis, cost control, investment evaluations, and decision-making.Coordinate internal and external audits and support continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
• Work closely with Aksa Power Generation Finance and Accounting teams to ensure alignment with group policies, reporting standards, budgeting, and consolidation requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team while providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
