Accountabilities

• Support the delivery of business transformation, technology, and product development initiatives across a range of client engagements.
• Analyze client challenges, business requirements, processes, and opportunities to identify practical and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams spanning digital strategy, experience design, engineering, and other specialist functions.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand objectives, communicate recommendations, gather feedback, and support alignment on priorities.
• Contribute to project planning, execution, documentation, presentations, and delivery of high‑quality client work.
• Apply structured problem‑solving and analytical approaches to address complex business and technology challenges.
• Support the design, development, implementation, and improvement of digital products, services, processes, or technology solutions as required by the engagement.
• Help identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, and enhanced customer or user experiences.
• Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables effectively, maintaining quality and meeting agreed timelines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, product development, digital strategy, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and develop structured solutions.
• Experience working on client‑facing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across different functions or disciplines.
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable recommendations, requirements, or technology solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong project organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively within distributed and multidisciplinary teams.
