Job summary

iyzico is seeking a Compliance Officer with 4–6 years of experience and a MASAK license to support KYC controls, regulatory monitoring, and audit processes in Türkiye. The role involves collaborating with global teams, updating internal policies, and preparing required documentation for internal and external audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 4–6 years of compliance experience in Banking, Payment Institutions, or Electronic Money Institutions.
• Holding a valid MASAK Compliance Officer License is required.
• Strong knowledge of MASAK regulations, AML/KYC, and sanctions screening and monitoring processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support suspicious transaction analysis by gathering data and documentation.
• Perform operational controls for KYC processes.
• Monitor MASAK updates and update compliance processes accordingly.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring internal compliance policies and workflows.
• Prepare documentation and reports for audits.
• Respond to MASAK information requests and audit requirements timely.
