Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Clinical Trials Assistant or Senior Clinical Trials Assistant in Türkiye. The role focuses on daily administrative tasks to ensure accurate TMF delivery in collaboration with CRAs and RSU teams.

You will support documentation handling, training new CTAs, and coordinating study materials, while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective communication across the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science or similar; preferred in medical/pharma field.
• At least 1 year of experience as Clinical Trials Assistant for a CRO or pharmaceutical company.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRAs and RSU with updating and maintaining TMF and documents.
• Prepare, handle, file and archive clinical documentation and reports.
• Assist with periodic review of study files for completeness.
• Coordinate Clinical Trial Supplies tracking and distribution.
• Track Case Report Forms (CRFs) and queries; manage data flow.
• Serve as central contact for project communications and documentation.
• Mentor less experienced CTAs and assist with onboarding.
