Job summary

Precision for Medicine is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II / Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Turkey. This remote position can be fully home based and requires monitoring of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring compliance with protocol, SOPs and ICH-GCP.

Travel up to 60% is possible based on regional needs. You will identify investigators, assist regulatory submissions, and coordinate pre-study and initiation visits while maintaining high-quality data

Qualifications

University degree in life science/pharmacy or related health field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
At least two years as a CRA in CRO or pharma/biotech with site management experience.
Oncology monitoring experience and CAR-T experience are preferred.
Fluency in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

Monitor and own progress of clinical studies at investigative sites.
Ensure studies are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations.
Coordinate activities to set up and monitor a study (identify investigators, regulatory submissions, pre-study visits).
