We are expanding our team in Turkey to oversee monitoring responsibilities and study conduct across sites with emphasis on oncology and global trials.

This remote role requires fluent English, extensive monitoring experience, and willingness to travel across Turkey.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodologies, ICH/GCP, FDA and local regulations.
• Monitoring experience: 3+ years in clinical research site monitoring (Oncology preferred).
• Global clinical trial experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Significant travel across Turkey.
• Valid driver’s license and passport required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monitoring of clinical trials per SMP and laws to meet goals.
• Manage operational aspects from site activation to database lock.
• Serve as primary site contact and coordinate with SCP.
• Attend investigator meetings and support recruitment at sites.
• Conduct onsite or remote monitoring per SOPs.
• Monitor adverse events and follow-up with sites.
• Submit TMF documentation and site reports within required timelines.
• Identify and resolve site issues with corrective actions.
• Close-out data queries and site close-out planning.
