Job summary

ProPharma is seeking an unblinded Freelance Senior Clinical Research Associate to support Turkey-based studies. The role focuses on monitoring assigned sites to ensure adherence to the protocol, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include on-site and remote monitoring visits, site initiation, and monitoring report writing. The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience with EDC/CTMS tools, and a Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years as a CRA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Experience with monitoring visits, site management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct monitoring visits (in person and remote) for assigned sites and prepare monitoring reports within SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Support study startup activities in select regions including site identification and essential documents.
• Develop study-specific monitoring documentation (trackers, guidelines, plans, source templates, tools).
• Review source documents and case report forms for accuracy and data integrity.
• Manage and track investigational supplies dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation.
• Monitor site enrollment, termination updates, protocol deviations, SAEs, lab abnormalities and other site activities per protocol and regulations.
• Oversee regulatory documentation accuracy and address regulatory concerns with sites.
• Communicate with sites, investigators, and cross-functional teams to address monitoring needs.
• Participate in meetings and calls with internal and Sponsor teams.
