Job summary

AMARIS GROUP SA in Bursa, Turkey seeks a Control Systems Engineer to advance automotive control systems for BEV and ICE vehicles, with emphasis on powertrain and HVAC development. The role involves defining and validating system requirements, designing powertrain and HVAC control functions, and collaborating with software, calibration, and testing teams.

The candidate will support torque control strategies, participate in integration and design reviews, and document technical work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (see above).
Experience in Automotive System Engineering and BEV/ICE vehicles.
Experience with System Requirements Engineering and requirements management.
Knowledge of Powertrain Systems and Powertrain Control.
Experience with HVAC Control Systems in automotive applications.
Experience with Torque Control strategies.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams; good English.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage system requirements for automotive control systems.
Define and maintain software and system requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and validate Powertrain and HVAC control functions.
Support Torque Control strategy development and optimization.
Collaborate with software, calibration, testing, and system engineering teams.
Participate in system integration, verification, and validation activities.
Analyze system issues, perform root cause investigations, and support corrective actions.
Prepare technical documentation and participate in design reviews.
