Job summary

Innovance Consultancy in Turkey invites a Senior Business Analyst to join our Treasury product development team. You will analyze requirements, support user tests, and coordinate with banking lines to ensure alignment with Treasury workflows.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in business analysis within banking or IT, solid knowledge of Securities, FX, Derivatives, and experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban). Fluency in documentation is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
6+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking or IT.
Expertise in Banking Treasury products and workflows.
Strong knowledge of Securities and FX products and Derivatives.
Familiarity with EFT and SWIFT payment systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Acting as an analyst in the bank's Treasury products application development unit.
Collaborating with relevant business lines in ongoing projects.
Creating analysis documents for identified requirements.
Conducting functional tests to ensure alignment with requirements.
Providing support for user tests.
Investigating and resolving issues in deployed applications.
Participating in requirement determination for software projects.
Assisting in project planning.

Acting as an analyst in the bank's Treasury products application development unit
Collaborating with relevant business lines in ongoing projects
Creating analysis documents for identified requirements
Conducting functional tests to ensure alignment with requirements
Providing support for user tests

Participating in requirement determination for software projects
Assisting in project planning

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
6+ years of experience in Business Analysis in the Banking or Information Technology sectors
Expertise in Banking Treasury products and workflows
Strong domain knowledge of Securities and FX products
Experience with Derivative products
Familiarity with Money Market, Mutual Funds, Treasury Position Management and Cash Flow processes
Solid understanding of the transaction lifecycle of financial products, including accounting, value date, settlement and reconciliation processes
Basic knowledge of how EFT and SWIFT payment systems work
Hands-on experience with SQL
Ability to adapt quickly to new working methods
Capability to align with fast-changing priorities
Regular reporting habits and a focus on documentation
Highly motivated, able to work under stress
Solution-focused mindset and strong teamwork skills
Experienced in Agile Development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
