Job summary

Linktera seeks a Senior Business Analyst (Loan Allocation) to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced fintech environment. The role involves eliciting requirements, translating them into technical specs, coordinating across stakeholders, and supporting end-to-end data and process analysis.

Ideal candidates have a strong BA background, experience with testing (UAT, database), and familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum). Banking sector experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant discipline from reputable universities.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in front-end, back-end, and database testing, and UAT.
• Financial Institutions or Banking sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand needs from business and customer perspective.
• Gather business requirements and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Understand and identify the correct resources to validate requirements and specifications.
• Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain as needed.
• Conduct all tasks in requirements gathering, data analysis, process analysis, system design, testing implementation, and end-user interviews.

We are currently seeking "Senior Business Analyst (Loan Allocation)".

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree from Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics, Economics or other relevant disciplines from reputable universities
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in front-end, back-end, and database testing, as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Financial Institutions or Banking Sector experience is a plus
• Having experience in Loan Allocation is a plus
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile / Scrum, Release Management)
• Comfortable working in dynamic, cross-functional agile teams in a fast-paced fintech environment
• Familiar with databases such as ORACLE, PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• High attention to detail and strong time management skills
