Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of technical support experience in SaaS or software.
• Strong SQL skills to investigate production data and issues.
• Experience supporting web-based production applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot across databases, apps, and networks.
• Experience accessing remote environments (RDP or similar).
• Excellent English communication with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive, independent problem solver with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers.
• Write and execute SQL queries for diagnostics and root-cause analysis.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and monitor production environments.
• Communicate findings to technical client stakeholders and coordinate asks.
• Collaborate with engineering to escalate and resolve complex cases.
• Maintain production environments with monitoring and logging tools.
• Improve internal processes and troubleshooting documentation.
• Support systems across Azure, SQL Server, .NET, Angular and integrations.
• Investigate integrations and issues including SSO, payments, and Power BI.
