Responsibilities

• Understand product problems and design practical technical solutions.
• Build and improve backend services, APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Ensure systems perform reliably under high user traffic.
• Improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and observability of existing systems.
• Investigate production issues and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, mobile, data, QA, and infra teams.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and code reviews.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable code.
• Take ownership of features and systems beyond initial development.
