İGA Istanbul Airport, dünyanın buluşma noktası olmaya devam ederken, “Senior Airport IT Systems Application Engineer” pozisyonu için tecrübeli bir aday arıyor. Başvuranlar, iç ve dış müşterilere destek sağlayacak, tüm uygulama ve sistemlerin güvenilir çalışmasını sağlayacak ve sorun giderme konusunda uzman olacaktır.

Pozisyon, İstanbul Havalimanı’nın dinamik operasyonlarını destekleyecek, Microsoft ve Linux sunucu yönetimi ile IBM MQ/IIB/Datapower entegrasyonlarında deneyim isteyen niteliklerle

Qualifications

• Mühendislik alanında lisans derecesi gereklidir.
• Çoklu satıcı sistemlerinde karmaşık sorunların giderilmesi becerisi beklenir.
• Bilgi teknolojileri alanında 5+ yıl deneyim gereklidir.
• Windows Server/ Linux sunucu işletim sistemlerinde konfigürasyon, uygulama ve yönetim tecrübesi gerekir.
• IBM MQ/IIB/Datapower gibi entegrasyon teknolojileriyle çalışabilme yeteneği aranır.

Responsibilities

• Müşterilere hizmet desteği sağlamak ve SLA’lara uygun çözüm üretmek.
• İç ve dış paydaşların uygulama ve sistemlerinin doğru çalışmasını sağlamak.
• Hata analizi yapıp gerekli düzeltmeleri log kontrolleriyle uygulamak.
• İş ihtiyaçlarını toplamak, değişim için teknik şartnameler üretmek/incelemek.
• Sistem ve hizmetlerin proaktif bakımını ve izlemeyi gerçekleştirmek.
• Kurulum, müdahale ve onarım işleri için uygun araçları kullanmak.

Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role

• Provide service support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs),
• Ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external, COTS and in-house applications/systems and products,
• Ensure that the errors are analyzed and the problems are solved in line with the log checks,
• Discover, organize and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change,
• Proactively detect problems related to service and infrastructure operations and delivery services, conduct diagnostics and provide service request ownership to ensure resolution of customer problems,
• Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, and repairs in accordance with the guidelines and instructions where provided,
• Carry out preventive and proactive maintenance and monitoring of systems and services,

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering,
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex multi-vendor system issues,
• 5+ years of experience in information technologies,
• Experience in Microsoft server operating systems; configuration, implementation and administration,
• Experience in Linux server/client operating systems; configuration, implementation and administration,
• Experience in Microsoft SQL server and Transact-SQL; configuration, implementation and administration,
• Experience in IBM MQ, IBM IIB, Datapower,
• Drive to keep up-to-date on latest technical trends,
• Aptitude for cooperation and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment,
• Excellent command of English,
• Willing to engage in communication and sharing among colleagues,
