İGA Istanbul Airport, küresel öğrenim ve gelişim alanında yeni bir Global Training and Development Project Specialist arıyor. Uluslararası eğitim programlarının organizasyonu, akreditasyon süreçlerinin takibi ve proje koordinasyonu sizin sorumluluklarınız olacak.

Bu rol için, ilgili alanda lisans, 3+ yıl L&D veya uluslararası proje yönetimi tecrübesi ve İngilizce yüksek seviyede gereklidir. SAP ve MS Office yetkinlikleri, güçlü iletişim ve sunum becerileri beklenmektedir.

Qualifications

• İlgili alanda lisans derecesi.
• L&D, eğitim koordinasyonu veya uluslararası proje yönetimi alanında 3+ yıl tecrübe.
• Uluslararası eğitim programları ve akreditasyon süreçleri bilgisi.
• İngilizceyi yüksek seviyede kullanma.

Responsibilities

• Küresel Öğrenim ve Gelişim Departmanı kapsamında uluslararası faaliyetleri, akreditasyonları ve denetimleri izlemek.
• Araştırma, yenilik ve proje faaliyetleriyle kurumsal ve mesleki gelişime katkı sağlamak.
• Uluslararası eğitim programlarının organizasyonunu belirlenen prosedürlere göre izlemek ve raporlamak.
• Uluslararası faaliyetler için aracı kurumlarla iletişimi sürdürmek.
• Personel değişimi ve görevlendirme programları için iletişimi koordine etmek.
• Değişim programlarına katılan personelin katılım ve performans raporlarını izlemek.
• Birimin aldığı ve verdiği belgelerin gizlilik ve güvenliğini sağlamak.
• Projeler için gerekli teknik belgeleri hazırlamak.
• Uluslararası eğitim programları ve resmi ziyaretler için temsil/ ağırlama/ sahada turlarını koordine etmek.

Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role

• Monitor international activities, accreditations and audits carried out within the Global Learning and Development Department,
• Conduct research, innovation and project activities that contribute to corporate and professional development of the organization,
• Monitor and report the organization of international training programs in accordance with established procedures,
• Maintain communication with intermediary institutions for international activities,
• Coordinate communication with intermediary institutions for personnel exchange and secondment programs,
• Monitor participation and performance evaluation reports of İGA personnel attending the exchange and secondment programs,
• Ensure confidentiality and security in the use of documents, stamps, printed papers and similar materials received and issued by the unit,
• Prepare relevant technical documents for projects or activities planned within the scope of responsibility,
• Coordinate representation, hosting and on-site airport tours organized for international training programs, delegations and official visits,

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
• 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination or international project management,
• Knowledge of international training programs and accreditation processes,
• Excellent command of English,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP,
• Strong presentation, communication and representation skills,
• Strong coordination and organizational skills,
• Ability to prepare documentation and project-related materials,
• Willing to engage in communication and sharing among colleagues and stakeholders,
