Job summary

Pegasus Airlines in Turkey seeks an Authorization and Access Operations Specialist - Disabled to manage user accounts, roles, and access rights across IDM-enabled and non-enabled systems. You will oversee provisioning and deprovisioning in line with HR changes, and uphold least-privilege access.

Candidates should have MIS or Computer Programming education, English proficiency for daily tasks, and at least two years of IAM/RBAC experience.

Qualifications

• Graduated from MIS or Computer Programming departments.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily business tasks.
• Hands-on experience in IAM/RBAC processes.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage user accounts, roles, and access rights across IDM-integrated and non-integrated systems.
• Coordinate user access provisioning and deprovisioning with HR updates and organizational changes.
• Perform access management activities in accordance with least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the Identity Management (IDM) infrastructure and RBAC processes.
• Participate in periodic access rights reviews with business units and technical teams.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Management Information Systems (MIS) or Computer Programming departments of universities/vocational schools.
• English proficiency at a level sufficient to perform daily business tasks.
• Hands-on experience in Role and Access Management (IAM/RBAC) processes.
• 2 years of relevant professional experience in the field.

In this role, you will

• Manage user accounts, roles, and access rights across IDM-integrated and non-integrated systems.
• Coordinate user access provisioning and deprovisioning processes in line with HR updates and organizational changes.
• Perform access management activities in accordance with the principles of least privilege and segregation of duties (SoD).
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of the Identity Management (IDM) infrastructure and role-based access control processes.
• Participate in periodic access rights reviews with business units and technical teams to ensure appropriate access levels.
