Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking an experienced AI Architect in Istanbul to design, build, and govern end-to-end AI and data solutions. You will lead AI model deployment, collaborate with data scientists, and define scalable data architectures across on-prem and cloud environments.

The role emphasizes GenAI, real-time analytics, MLOps, and strong leadership in cross-functional teams within a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience designing, building, and managing large-scale data applications, particularly in Hadoop ecosystems (Cloudera, Spark, Hive/Impala).
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of GenAI, including foundational models, generative adversarial networks, and reinforcement learning.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and govern end-to-end AI and data solutions across business domains.
• Lead deployment of AI models and systems in production environments.
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement GenAI solutions using foundational models in local data centers.
• Define efficient data architectures to feed ML models and enable real-time analytics.
