Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc is seeking an experienced AI & Data Architect to design, build, and govern end-to-end AI and data solutions. You will lead AI model deployments, build scalable data architectures, and collaborate with data scientists on GenAI initiatives across hybrid environments including local data centers and cloud ecosystems.

The role requires 6+ years in data applications, strong AI framework expertise, and proficiency in Python/Java/Scala with Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years designing and managing large-scale data apps in Hadoop ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and GenAI concepts.
• Strong Python/Java/Scala development skills and production deployment experience.
• Proficiency with containerization, orchestration, and cloud/hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and govern end-to-end AI and data solutions across domains.
• Lead deployment of AI models and ML pipelines in production.
• Collaborate with data scientists on GenAI initiatives and LLM deployments.
• Define scalable data architectures and ensure data quality and cost efficiency.
• Apply MLOps, DataOps, and AIOps to value chain processes.
