Job summary

GİZLİ is seeking a security operations professional to manage end-to-end operations of enterprise security products, including firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF, DDoS, EDR/XDR, and DLP. Qualifications

• Engineering degree is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with security product groups (Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF, DDoS, EDR/XDR, Web & Mail Security, DLP).
• Knowledge of basic networks and systems is preferred.
• Ability to manage, monitor, and plan improvements for security products.
• Strong planning and solution-oriented mindset.
• Documentation and reporting habit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operations of enterprise security products such as Firewall, IPS/IDS, WAF, DDoS, EDR/XDR, Web & Mail Security, DLP.
• Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle management of assigned security systems.
• Monitor security platforms, conduct performance tracking and capacity planning.
• Identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and operational risks, and implement remediation plans.
• Analyze security incidents and support incident response processes.
• Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Participate in PoC research, evaluation, and deployment of new security technologies.
• Provide technical support for audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and status presentations.
• Collaborate with Network, System, Application, and SOC teams to strengthen security architecture.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to maintain security operations.
