Job summary

Yapı Kredi Teknoloji, uç nokta güvenliği alanında deneyimli bir profesyoneli ekibine katılmaya davet ediyor. Design, implement ve operasyon süreçlerini yönetecek; uç nokta güvenliği çözümlerini bulutta ve şirket içi ortamlarda güvenli şekilde uygulayacak.

İdeal aday 3–5 yıl siber güvenlik deneyimine sahip, EPP/EDR, NAC gibi teknolojiler konusunda bilgi sahibi ve İngilizce yeterliliği olan biridir. Hibrit çalışma modeliyle ofis ve uzaktan çalışma dengelidir.

Qualifications

• 3–5 yıllık siber güvenlik deneyimi, uç nokta güvenliği odaklı.
• Kurumsal ortamlarda uç nokta güvenliği çözümlerine dair uygulama tecrübesi.
• İngilizce yazılı ve sözlü akıcıdır.
• Uç nokta güvenliği çözümleri tasarlama ve yönetme deneyimi.

Responsibilities

• Kurumsal uç nokta güvenliği çözümlerinin tasarımı, uygulanması ve bakımı.
• Güvenlik operasyonları için en iyi uygulamaları teknik olarak yönlendirmek.
• L1 ve L2 destek ekiplerini güvenlik operasyonları için yönlendirmek ve mentorluk etmek.
• Uç nokta güvenliği platformlarını izlemek, sorunları çözmek ve iyileştirmek.
• Güvenlik yamaları, güncellemeler ve sürüm yönetimini uygulamak.
• Güvenlik standartlarını ve operasyonel yönergeleri Yapı Kredi Bilgi Güvenliği politikalarıyla uyumlu hale getirmek.
• Projeler için teknik değerlendirme, PoC çalışmaları ve gereksinim analizleri yapmak.

Job's Requirements & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our growing Endpoint Security Management team. The team is responsible for the design, implementation, integration, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise endpoint security solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, administer and maintain enterprise endpoint security solutions in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Provide technical expertise and industry best practices related to endpoint security technologies.
• Support and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 support teams by developing proactive and preventive approaches for security operations.
• Manage, monitor and troubleshoot endpoint security platforms to ensure operational continuity and effectiveness.
• Apply patches, upgrades and system updates to managed security solutions in accordance with security and operational requirements.
• Investigate, analyze and resolve technical issues related to endpoint security systems and integrations.
• Develop and maintain endpoint security standards, procedures and operational guidelines in alignment with Yapı Kredi Information Security policies and applicable banking regulations.
• Provide security consultancy and technical guidance for new projects across Yapı Kredi Bank and its subsidiaries.
• Conduct technical evaluations, proof-of-concept (PoC) activities and feasibility assessments for new endpoint security technologies and requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously enhance endpoint security capabilities and operational maturity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline,
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on endpoint security technologies,
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken,
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, managing and maintaining endpoint security solutions in enterprise environments,
• Hands‑on experience with several of the following technologies;

• Application Control and Application Whitelisting (AWL)
• Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP)
• Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
• Network Access Control (NAC)
• Mobile Threat Defense (MTD)
• Cyber Asset Attack Surface Management (CAASM)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands‑on experience with Application Control and Application Whitelisting solutions is strongly preferred.
• Experience with enterprise-scale endpoint security deployments and operational management.
• Familiarity with banking, financial services, or highly regulated environments is considered an advantage.
