Job summary

Shipco Transport Inc. seeks a Seafreight Import Pricing Executive to join our EGS / Bakırköy office in Istanbul. You will collect customer demands, quote on time, and coordinate with operations to monitor costs and margins.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field, at least 3 years of international freight forwarding experience, fluent English, and MS Office proficiency. You will analyze market pricing, report trends, and collaborate with overseas offices to maximize margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Collect customer demands and share with superiors.
• Quote on time to customers with accurate quotations to meet KPIs.
• Work with operations to monitor cost movements and margins.
• Analyze price-change requests and assess margin impact and volume potential.
• Coordinate with overseas offices/agents to maximise utilization.
• Suggest improvements to boost profit margins and volumes.
• Address and report customer complaints.
• Monitor international trade trends and pricing dynamics.
