• At least 2 years of experience in the International Transport / Logistics industry.
• Especially experienced in Overseas Operations and Road Transport.
• Experienced in customer relations.
• Professional knowledge of English.
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively.
• Good analytical thinking, willing to research and learn, and teamwork oriented.
• Having regular reporting habits and giving importance to documentation.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, result and solution oriented.

Responsibilities

• Accepting customer reservations and making loading planning in the most efficient and profitable way.
• Providing timely accurate information flow to the customer and/or group offices.
• Data entry of shipping documents into the system.
• Assisting freight requests from the Sales & Marketing department.
• Following the operation process from vehicle exit to arrival and providing complete information flow.
