In this role you will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, support the Product Owner, manage backlogs, and drive continuous improvement across projects. Strong communication with clients and stakeholders is essential for delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile methodologies.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the software development field.
• Detail-oriented and resourceful attitude with the ability to manage shifting priorities between several projects.
• Excellent communication, coaching and motivating skills.
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills; ability to manage customer priorities along with stakeholder interests and advise clients on possible solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client’s C-Level and executives; manage and elevate project risks to reach project goals.
• Ability to coach Scrum Teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders towards measurable outcomes and value realization through effective feedback loops.
• Strong change leadership and systems-thinking skills, with experience in fostering self-management and improving the flow of value.
• Proficiency in using AI-powered tools and hands-on experience in integrating them into agile project delivery processes is a plus.
• Experience in scaling agile teams and in scaled agile methodologies like Nexus or LeSS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring correct adoption and application of Scrum within the Scrum team and making adjustments as necessary.
• Coaches Scrum team and helps Scrum Team to implement Scrum best practices like the sprint ceremonies, daily scrum / review / planning / retrospectives.
• Supporting product owner with product backlog generation and transforms all customer requirements into a roadmap.
• Practicing continuous improvement on the scrum processes, all kind of workflows, communication paths and methodologies.
• Understanding clients’ business needs and direction, supporting product owner and other key stakeholders to steer sprint and project towards these goals.
• Organizing and moderating sprint planning sessions and supporting the project team to decompose the stories into technical tasks.
• Extracting all sprint content using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence and monitoring the progress throughout the sprints.
• Facilitating and chairing sprint ceremonies such as Review, Retrospective and daily scrums.
• Tracking project risks closely and obtaining regular feedback from related parties, defining and assigning preventive actions, adjusting the backlog with risk response strategies/actions.
• Ensuring quick resolution and communication of all issues, risks and action items.
