Job summary

INTEC Energy Solutions seeks a SCADA Manager to lead design, coordination, implementation and technical management of SCADA systems for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects. You will manage the full SCADA lifecycle, collaborate with clients, EPC partners, suppliers and internal teams while ensuring compliance with international standards and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
8+ years in SCADA engineering and automation.
3+ years leading SCADA teams or technical leads.
Experience in utility-scale PV, BESS, substations, or industrial projects.
Proficient in PPC/EMS, industrial networking, OT architecture.
Strong knowledge of IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC UA.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proven leadership, planning and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Lead all SCADA engineering activities through project execution.
Define SCADA system architecture, communication network topology, and control philosophy.
Review diagrams, layouts, and SCADA system documentation.
Coordinate with clients, Owner's Engineers, EPCs, suppliers and internal teams.
Oversee FAT, SAT, commissioning, energization, and troubleshooting.
Maintain document control and engineering quality records.
Mentor SCADA engineers and junior staff.
Ensure compliance with IEC standards and grid codes.
