Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI is seeking a Technical Team Lead – SAP Platform to helm the SAP Center of Excellence. The role drives the SAP technical platform covering SAP Basis, ABAP Development, SAP Integrations, and SAP BTP, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient delivery.

You will collaborate with the Principal Architect and play a key part in the RISE with SAP transformation slated for next year through mid-2028, guiding technical delivery and governance across the landscape.

Job description

CCI is looking for a Technical Team Lead – SAP Platform to join our SAP Center of Excellence.

This role will be responsible for leading the SAP technical platform team covering SAP Basis, ABAP Development, SAP Integrations, and SAP BTP. The role will manage daily technical operations, coordinate internal and external teams, support SAP projects, and ensure stable, secure, and efficient SAP platform delivery.

The role will work in close collaboration with the Principal Architect to support the evolution of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall architecture, strategic design principles, standards, and roadmap.

This position will also play an important role in the company’s future RISE with SAP transformation, which is planned to start next year and to be completed by mid-2028.

What We Expect:

• Lead the SAP technical platform team across SAP Basis, ABAP, Integration, and SAP BTP.
• Manage daily technical operations, team priorities, workload distribution, escalations, and delivery follow-up.
• Oversee SAP Basis activities including system monitoring, performance management, transport management, patching, upgrades, system refreshes, backup/restore coordination, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Coordinate ABAP development activities, ensuring quality, performance, security, documentation, transport governance, and alignment with clean core principles.
• Manage SAP integration activities across SAP and non-SAP systems, including IDoc, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, REST, OData, file-based integrations, middleware-based integrations, and future SAP BTP Integration Suite scenarios.
• Oversee SAP BTP technical operations, including connectivity, integration, extensions, security, monitoring, lifecycle management, and platform governance.
• Support SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, integration modernization, and RISE-related transformation projects from a technical delivery perspective.
• Coordinate technical work with SAP functional teams, security teams, infrastructure/cloud teams, business stakeholders, managed service providers, SAP partners, and external vendors.
• Ensure technical documentation, operational procedures, runbooks, support processes, and knowledge transfer materials are maintained.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, service quality, and operational efficiency across the SAP platform.
