Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a SAP Material Management / Sales and Distribution Consulting Team Lead to drive O2C and P2P projects within SAP ECC and S/4HANA.

You will define specifications, configure systems, and perform unit testing while guiding knowledge transfer to support teams. You will work with internal and third‑party teams, translating business requirements into SAP solutions and delivering changes in a Kanban-driven environment, with responsibilities spanning requirements gathering,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in SAP O2C or P2P consulting roles.
• Knowledge of 2+ SAP modules.
• Proven track record delivering SAP O2C or P2P applications with 3+ full-cycle deployments.
• Understanding of programming languages related to SAP MM/SD modules.
• SAP Certification in MM/SD or relevant modules.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written English and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide application expertise for SAP and non‑SAP solutions.
• Plan and manage delivery of changes within a Kanban environment.
• Ensure enhancements align with Principles, Patterns and Standards.
• Produce design documentation and guide building of new solutions.
• Build relationships with external partners and consultants.

If this sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a SAP Material Management / Sales and Distribution Consulting Team Lead to work with internal and third-party teams with a focus on O2C and P2P.The purpose of the project is to define and deliver O2C and P2P solutions in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. This includes responsibility for functional/technical specifications, configuration, and unit testing. Delivery of appropriate functional documentation and knowledge transfer to the support teams will be required.
