Job summary

Trendyol Group is seeking a strategic ERP/Finance process professional to bridge business needs with SAP S/4HANA and cloud initiatives. You will collaborate with ERP analysts and developers to translate requirements into scalable solutions, evaluate financial and operational impacts, and support UAT.

In this role, you will drive backlog prioritization, align stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement across finance and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in finance/operational processes; SAP (SD, MM, FI, or CO) helpful.
2–6 years of relevant professional experience.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Connect operational, system, and financial flows; ensure backlog items are well-defined and scoped.
Collaborate with business teams to clarify and refine requirements before backlog intake.
Contribute to backlog processes with clear prioritization and readiness.
Evaluate processes from operational, system, and financial perspectives to support impact analysis.
Understand and analyze financial flows related to business processes.
Work with ERP analysts and development teams to ensure smooth process execution.
