Job summary

Bosch Group in Türkiye seeks an IT Process Expert Plan to Fulfill (P2F) to design, harmonize and implement SAP ERP R/3 and S/4 solutions. You will drive S/4 HANA transformation within HC and shape planning outcomes across sales, forecasting and order confirmations.

The role involves coordinating with production, sales and distribution networks, migrating from R/3 to S/4 and from SAP APO to Kinaxis Maestro, and training key users while ensuring stable operations in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or industry with focus on digital technology in manufacturing.
• Advanced experience with SAP ERP (SD, aATP and/or MM).
• Prefer Kinaxis Maestro or other Supply Network Planning Tool.
• Willingness to travel and work with international teams.
• Knowledge of digital trends and agile work environments.
• Strong presentation and coordination skills.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the S/4 HANA transformation within HC.
• Develop concepts including rollout for planning, sales forecasting and order confirmation.
• Support optimization and roll-out projects across production, sales and distribution networks.
• Participate in migration projects from R/3 to S/4 and from SAP APO to Kinaxis Maestro.
• Conduct requirement workshops, create IT specifications, and manage SAP/Kinaxis Maestro implementations.
• Train key users and ensure stable operations.

Job Description

As an IT Process Expert Plan to Fulfill (P2F) for design, harmonization and implementation in SAP ERP R/3 and S/4, you will:

• Drive the S/4 HANA transformation within HC
• Further develop innovative concepts incl rollout within the area of planning(P2F) especially with focus on sales planning, forecasting and advanced order confirmation
• Shaping the future of our division Home Comfort by supporting or driving worldwide optimization and roll-out projects in close collaboration with our production, sales and distribution network;
• Actively participate in a division-wide migration project from R/3 to S/4; as well as from SAP APO to Kinaxis Maestro
• Execute requirement workshops, consult business on IT-capabilities, create IT-specifications, drive/manage the implementation in SAP and Kinaxis Maestro, train and support our key users
• Ensure stable operations

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, mechanical engineering, physics or similar
• Experience in consulting or industry with focus on digital technology related to manufacturing
• Advanced experience with IT solutions in SAP ERP (SD, aATP and/or MM)
• Preferably knowing Kinaxis Maestro or other Supply Network Planning Tool (e.g. SCM-APO, SAP-IBP)
• Strong team player with an adapting and open mindset for changing on fast-moving environments
• Knowledge about new digital trends, agile work environments and motivation to learn
• Willingness to work with cross functional teams in an international environment
• Presentation and coordination skills
• Very good language skills in English
