Job summary

Gizli in Turkey seeks an experienced SAP professional to analyze, design, and document SAP-related business processes within existing systems and infrastructure.

You will coordinate documentation, manage cutover and go-live activities with SAP consultants, and assess changes for impact on SAP modules while engaging with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 6 years hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, and QM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and document SAP-related business processes in accordance with the company's existing systems and infrastructure.
• Coordinate and maintain documentation covering SAP processes, system operations, and technical activities.
• Coordinate project cutover and go-live activities in close cooperation with SAP consultants.
• Review business change requests and improvement initiatives, assessing their impact on the relevant SAP modules.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and perform detailed process and system analysis.
• Establish appropriate assessment criteria and coordinate with vendors throughout project implementation.
• Provide SAP module configuration, operational support, and end-user training.
• Coordinate with consultants to develop required reports, programs, and system enhancements.
• Track system incidents, technical issues, and identified gaps, ensuring appropriate corrective actions are implemented.
• Serve as the key liaison between business users and SAP consultants, facilitating communication, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing support.
