Job summary

Sovos in Turkey is seeking a Supervisor, SAP Consulting to lead technical implementation and guide the Professional Services team across EMEA and Turkey. You will leverage deep SAP expertise to deliver compliant solutions that drive measurable business value.

You will lead design work, testing, and stakeholder communication, while mentoring a team of SAP consultants. Strong English, travel flexibility, and experience with complex SAP projects are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP consultancy experience with essential functional knowledge of SAP SD and basic understanding of SAP FI/MM.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience in a software or professional services environment; e-transformation knowledge is valued.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with comfort using AI tools to enhance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyse clients' SAP configurations and prepare design/documentation; leverage AI tools to streamline documentation and identify optimisations.
• Lead product testing, identify gaps, guide users through UAT, go-live and stabilisation phases.
• Manage multiple complex implementations with clear communication during rollouts, patches and updates.
• Lead and mentor a team of SAP Solutions Consultants to maximise performance.
• Provide advanced technical support to clients and internal teams with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Maintain expert knowledge of Sovos products and SAP modules (MM, SD, FI) and governmental reporting requirements; explore AI-assisted workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement via product committees and project teams while ensuring compliance with Sovos processes.
