Job summary

Intelli Owl is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Consultant to lead customer discussions on technology and cloud service delivery in Turkey. You will coordinate a cross-functional team of experts, manage expectations with stakeholders, and own the technical dialogue to ensure successful SAP operations and cloud integration.

The role requires deep SAP knowledge, strong project management, and the ability to translate complex technical topics for diverse audiences, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage client-facing SAP technical engagements.
• Strong PM and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of SAP product portfolio and industry solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customer discussions on technology and cloud delivery.
• Run regular cadence with stakeholders and manage expectations for service delivery.
• Own technical discussions and orchestrate SAP experts to gather required knowledge.
• Understand customer landscape and interdependencies within ECS and beyond.
• Support Account and TechOps teams in executing service delivery plans.
• Analyze customer requirements and coordinate ECS Delivery experts to drive resolutions.
• Present private offering details, technicals, and engagement model to stakeholders.
• Help build customer-specific cloud roadmaps covering infrastructure, security, and integration.
• Guide customers on Security, Continuity, and Compliance within SAP cloud.
• Assess security and network requirements to align with SAP security framework.
• Conduct monthly technical & operational reviews to track progress and resolve issues.
• Support migration roadmaps with partners and SAP Professional Services.
• Leverage knowledge on S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, and tools.
• Understand SAP cloud solutions and integration scenarios (BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors).
• Demonstrate strong understanding of cloud operations for SAP solutions.
