BGTS International is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst with strong ABAP development support to join our team in Turkey. You will bridge business needs and SAP-based technical solutions for a leading Japanese automotive client.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, designing SAP business process solutions, providing hands-on ABAP development support, and guiding projects from concept to deployment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands‑on ABAP development and SAP support.
• Minimum B2-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional business units to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Propose, design, and implement innovative SAP business process solutions.
• Provide hands‑on development support and troubleshooting in SAP and ABAP environments.
• Oversee solution creation from initial concept through development, testing, and deployment.
