Key Accountabilities
- Build and maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers through various communication channels.
- Research industry trends, new business opportunities, projects, and market developments that may benefit the hotel, and share relevant insights with the team.
- Monitor competitor hotels' occupancy, pricing strategies, promotions, marketing activities, renovations, and other commercial developments.
- Analyze and compare FIT and Group business performance among competitor hotels.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer database, ensuring accurate records of sales calls and sales activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly activity reports covering sales calls, site inspections, FAM trips, meetings, events, and other business activities to the Director of Sales.
- Monitor room night production and revenue performance of assigned accounts and agencies, and prepare quarterly production reports.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities efficiently, in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Profile Description
General requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years' working experience in the hospitality industry.
- Luxury hotel Sales preferred and or operational hotel experience, proven sales track record a plus.
- Excellent customer interaction skills.
- Excellent command in spoken English.
- Sense of details, organization.
- Strong Communication skills.
- High School Diploma, Hotel Apprenticeship, Higher College Education.
