Job summary

SC Johnson is offering an internship in Istanbul for a Sales Operations & Analytics role. This position supports the sales team with reporting, data analysis, and process improvements to transform data into actionable insights.

You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that impact business results. The role emphasizes hands-on experience in reporting, analytics, and business insights, with exposure to market research and sales automation tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field.
Experience in daily/weekly reporting and KPI tracking.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, data modelling).

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through market research and prospecting activities.
Support the sales process by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and coordinating meetings with clients and teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales strategies.
Utilize sales automation software to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data and update tracking reports.
Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional development.
Provide insight into sales, customer marketing and marketing teams with key point-of-sales analytics based on different sources (Nielsen, customer B2B data, sell out etc). Automate sales systems, create user friendly reports, try and learn new tools, facilitate their implementation to field teams.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to track performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
