Job summary

You will prepare service bulletins, monitor KPIs, and contribute to service audits while developing data-analysis and technical interpretation skills alongside engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Currently a 3rd or 4th-year undergraduate or Master's student in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
• Able to interpret technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
• Familiar with data analysis to support the daily operations of the aftersales team.
• Results-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the aftersales team, including follow-up on technical, CRM, and SAP-related tasks.
• Follow up on invoicing, spare parts planning, stock transfers, service campaigns, service audits, training certifications, and various daily reports to ensure efficient service management.
• Prepare service bulletins in coordination with the service engineer.
• Monitor aftersales service performance through defined KPIs and take follow-up actions where necessary.
