Job summary

BIPO is seeking a pre-sales technical consultant to drive cloud and GenAI opportunities, collaborating with the online sales team to understand client needs and design feasible on-cloud AI solutions leveraging Alibaba Cloud and Qwen AI capabilities.

You will engage with overseas clients, act as a technical liaison, support KA client designs, and help expand AI adoption across industries while communicating daily in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in public cloud, devops or IT architecture domains, or AI product/solution, with strong customer communication skills.
• Familiar with at least 1 cloud vendor’s product portfolio and hold certifications from major vendors like Alibaba, Huawei, Tencent, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Familiar with mainstream AI models (Qwen, Deepseek, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Doubao, etc.) and have used platforms to build AI applications.
• Experience or familiarity with one or more industries such as internet, gaming, e-commerce, web3, media, retail and finance.
• Fluent in English & Arabic with ability to conduct conference calls and daily communication with customers.
• Experience with other cloud or AI vendors is a plus; overseas study/work experience is a plus.
• Develop coding practices and related tooling (e.g., Aliyun Bailian/PAI, Dify, n8n, MCP, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Serve as pre-sales technical consultant for public cloud and GenAI to support online sales and business development.
• Engage with overseas clients to understand their business and identify cloud/AI adoption opportunities.
• Leverage Alibaba Cloud and Qwen AI capabilities to design feasible AI/on-cloud solutions across cloud product areas (compute, storage, networking, security, K8s, DB, big data).
• Support customer Gen AI solution design including requirement research, model/tool selection, architecture design, POC and demos (RAG/workflow/Agent).
• Act as a technical liaison to KA clients, address technical issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Display strong communication and collaboration with both local and overseas stakeholders to drive deals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cloud and AI vendor ecosystems and industry trends.

Job description

1.Work as a pre-sales technical consult in public cloud and GenAI to support online sales team business development

2.Communication with oversea clients closely to understand clients’ business and identify cloud and AI adoption opportunities

3.Leverage Alibaba Cloud and Qwen AI capabilities and services to help clients design feasible AI and on-cloud solutions, familiar with multiple cloud product operation such as Qwen AI，computing, storage, networking, security, K8S, database, big data

4.Support the customer's Gen AI solution design, including AI scenario requirement research, model and tool selection, AI Scheme architecture design, AI engineering POC and Demo such as RAG/workflow/Agent

5.Act as a technical liaison between oversea customers, support the technical issues of KA client, increase the customer satisfaction.

1.Over 2 years relevant work experience of public cloud service, devops and IT architecture domains, or AI product and solution, with good customer communication skill.

2.Familiar with at least 1 cloud venor’s product portfolio, hold cetificate of the major cloud vendors like Alibaba ,Huawei, Tencent, AWS, Azure, GCP.

3.Familiar with mainstream AI models such as Qwen, Deepseek,Open AI,Claude,Gemini, Doubao etc., and have used mainstream platforms and tools to build AI application engineering or 4.develop coding practices, such as Aliyun Bailian/PAI，Dify，n8n, MCP, Claude etc.

5.Have experience or familiar with one or more industries such as internet , gaming, e-commerce, web3, media,retails and finance etc.

6.Fluent in english&Arabic and be able to have a conference call and daily communicate with customer independently

7.Experience in other cloud, AI vendors or partners is a plus, work and study experience in oversea is a plus.
