Job summary

Innova in Turkey is seeking an experienced analyst specializing in AI, data analytics, and software projects to translate customer needs into technical requirements and to lead GenAI initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira and Confluence; you will work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical documentation and strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Engineering, Computer Science or related departments.
• At least 5 years as an analyst in AI, data science or software projects.
• Able to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Experience managing GenAI projects, AI, prompt engineering and NLP.
• Prompt engineering knowledge required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and active listening.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to understand customer needs and transform them into technical requirements.
• Experience in the management and coordination of projects at GenAI, a predominantly technical solution environment, and projects involving AI, prompt engineering and NLP as specified is required.
