You will drive Route-to-Market and Commercial Excellence, optimizing sales models, field execution, technology and performance to maximize sales effectiveness and sustainable growth.
The function
- Design and continuously improve the Route-to-Market strategy, ensuring the most effective coverage, distribution and service model across channels and customers.
- Develop and optimize sales and distribution models, translating commercial priorities into sustainable field execution.
- Lead channel, customer and POS segmentation to define differentiated coverage, service levels and sales approaches.
- Drive route and field-force optimization, improving territory design, visit frequency, productivity and distributor delivery efficiency.
- Manage and enhance the sales technology and data infrastructure, including sales automation, SAP and Power BI, ensuring reliable data, reporting and performance visibility.
- Establish and monitor sales performance KPIs, targets and dashboards, providing actionable insights to Sales leadership and field teams.
- Design and manage sales incentive schemes, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and performance objectives.
- Identify, pilot and scale commercial excellence and business development initiatives that improve sales effectiveness and field execution.
- Manage relevant external partners and distributors, ensuring effective implementation of RTM initiatives and continuous improvement.
- Conduct market, competitor and organizational analyses to identify opportunities and recommend the right sales structure, roles and ways of working.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Planning, or RTM (FMCG preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in Excel, Powe BI, or similar tools
- Solid understanding of distribution, retail channels, and sales operations
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage projects, and deliver results
- Strong analytical, Project Management and strategical thinking skills
- Excellent English communication skills
